About Guillermo

Guillermo is a chef, entrepreneur, and coffee importer shaped by family, culture, and a life lived well beyond the kitchen.

Born into a Honduran and Filipino family, his relationship with food began with the flavors, traditions, and people around him. His path wasn't conventional. The streets were as much a teacher as any kitchen, and the experiences of his younger years gave him a perspective that still influences the way he cooks, works, and connects with people today.

After choosing a different direction for himself and his family, Guillermo built a career around food, hospitality, and the relationships behind them. His work has taken him throughout Latin America, where he developed his reputation as a chef and a deep appreciation for the farmers, producers, cooks, and communities responsible for what reaches our tables.

Coffee became a natural extension of that journey. Today, Guillermo works across food, coffee, and hospitality, connecting exceptional products and the people behind them with new audiences and markets.
